I feel like trying out Urban Exploration, sounds like a great way to get out of the house. I'd like to ask if it is legal and I can do this.
Unless you have permission, it's illegal. When you urbex, you are essentially trespassing.
Urban Exploration is basically educated trespassing. The law does not differentiate.
Like the other two said, yes it's illegal. It's trespassing unless you have permission, but the fun of Urbex is that you get a thrill and adrenaline rush from being there without permission :v:
So it's an illegal hobby? Next Ted Bundy will say killing people was his hobby. Yeeaaahhh quite a big Turn Off.

Be ready to deal with issues stemmed from it and always be vigilant.

Lots of hobbies are illegal, by the way. Just head over to the Drugs Discussion sub forum. [editline]19th April 2014[/editline] also no one calls it urban spelunking. just saying.

Hello. To my knowledge, this is illegal, as you would be trespassing on private / owned property.
What if you ask permission?
If they gave you permission, then yes, you would be able to explore the area without breaking the law.
