Hey everyone,
I recently got Creative HS800 Fatal1ty Headset from Amazon. (link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000P5VR16) As I wanted a decent headset to play on my laptop with, from the reviews it seemed decent. But now I have an issue.
I got it perfectly fine, but when I plugged it in the front jacks on my laptop, it was really quiet, almost mute. The same with the mic, it seemed like it barely picked up my voice when I shouted into it. I tried adjusting all the all the volume and microphone adjustments in the control panel, but it seemed it hasn't made a difference.
Is there some sort of driver that I should download? I'm not exactly the best with these sorta things so I appreciate the help.

Ok I got the sound coming through fine now, it's just the mic. Sorry bout that
