I've been trying to turn up my AA in garrysmod and it won't work, It just won't let me select any other options other than "None"
Weird thing is I can turn up my AA in Halflife: Source but nothing else.

Integrated graphics is not recommended for gaming. I suggest you upgrade, unless you're using a laptop.
It does support Anti-Aliasing, just not Multi-Sampling Anti-Aliasing (MSAA), hence, probably why he can only apply AA in Half-Life: Source because it doesn't use MSAA.
Most applications use MSAA these days because it has better performance. Basically, there is nothing you can do.
