Try running in windowed mode and monitor your CPU/GPU temperatures. If you can't get it to work in windowed mode, then alt+tab out after play a while to check on it.
Sounds like either your GPU/CPU is overheating, or your PSU is dying.

Why are you people rating him dumb?
Not his fault if he doesn't know much about computers. Not everyone is computer smart, at least he isn't acting like he knows anything.
Anyways,
Download that, install it, and open it. Take a screenshot of the entire program there by hitting the "prt scr" button on your keyboard. Open MS Paint or something, Hit Ctrl V so the image pops up, and then save it.
Upload the image to a site like Photobucket, Filesmelt, Imgshack, or Tinypic and post the image here with the URL of the image.

Done.
It wants you to go outside and live a full and happy life.
Or you're having a BSOD due to driver issues which doesn't show up and just reboots.
Or you're running out of power or its overheating.
Far out.. your core temps are high. Mine rarely go above 30. I have an AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0ghz, so your processor is more different to mine, but 74 is huge. It is possible it is programmed to shut down at 80, which is why your max read out in 79 on all four cores...

My computer has been on for about 4 hours. If I have just been playing a game, the core temp might be about 25-30.. but 75 is way too high. Something is wrong. It could be your heatsink, fan, or a multitude of other things.
BTW - TMPIN2 is a bogus reading for me. It's just random rubbish data.

Look at your fan speed - 67500 revs per minute?? You have an overheating problem, although it's possible that FANIN2 is giving you a bogus reading, like my TMPIN2.
Is your computer still under warranty?
Man, sounds like my old HP Pavilion dv5...
Those were the exact same as my idle temps and load temps would reach 210 F and shut down.
It's certainly an overheating issue.
I agree with the above poster.
Also it could be a problem with something called "thermal paste" that goes on your processor to help control heat.
After a while it could dry out and basically become dust.
