• I need help with wirelessly syncing my studio lighting

Please forgive me if this is not the right place to post this. I haven't been on the site in a very long time and I couldn't really find any sections this would fit in. If someone could tell me where to post this then that would be great. (Feel free to delete this thread if it's in the wrong place). Recently I purchased a strobe lighting kit; however, since I'm pretty much broke I had to go with low wattage lights that are powered by a power supply. (Novatron 240 if you want to look it up). My problem is that A: I hate sync cables and B: Since I have to sync the lights to my camera with a hot shoe to PC adapter I can't wirelessly use my flash to complete my 3-point lighting. The lights that I bought don't have sync inputs on them, so I can't plug any radio slaves into them. This is where I'm getting stuck. I've been trying to find ways to make it all work wirelessly, but I don't have a good enough understanding of how that works to come up with anything plausible. What makes it worse is that I really can't afford to spend much at all. I was hoping to be able to use a cheap 4-channel wireless slave, but like I said before I just don't quite know how it works. If any other photographers can help me out that would be excellent.
