Hello FP!
I didn't post in Technical Support like never. Since I didn't have any mayor problems till now.
Today I hooked my media PC to my TV(and another monitor). The monitor outputs colour without a problem. But the TV is a different story. The image is well yellow-ish. Which makes watching moves a real pain in the as*.
I already tried changing the cables all together. I iven tried using different drivers(I did remove the old drivers before I installed the new ones). I did some jerking around after the monitor went yellow. I'm sure the GPU is fine since I used it in my previous PC.
Specs:
OS: Windows XP SP2
GPU: Nvidia GS 6800
CPU: AMD Athlon 3200+
If you need any other specs. let me know and I'll do my best to provide them!
TLDR/ Monitor 2 has a yellow image how do I fix it?
Can you access the TV's colour options? If so, try changing those.

As in, the monitor colour settings.

I'll do that and get back to you.
Edit:
Didn't work :(
Is the connection to the TV VGA or HDMI?
If VGA, check to see if the pins are fucked up in the male end. Also check if it's completely into the female end.
If HDMI, try another cord, it might be faulty?
Go into color management under control panel. Selct your TV from the drop down list then check the box that says "Use my settings for this device". Click add and scroll down to the profile called SDTV NTSC (Or HDTV, don't know what kind of TV you have.)

Forgot one more thing, make sure it's set as the default profile.

I'm using VGA since its an old GPU but I can't realy complain since it gets the job done.
Edit:
The pins are fine its probaly something else.
