Released in 2009, RED's album titled "Innocence & Instinct" was inspired by a car crashed that involved a van full of gear being flipped over. Personal Notes:
RED is by far my favorite band. I certainly hope that I provided enough information, as I feel like I did leave quite a bit out, but I didn't want to clutter the thread up too much. I tried posting one of their more intense songs as well as a softer song off of each of their albums.
The "All Hope Abandon, Ye Who Enter In!" title is from Dante's Inferno, when him and Virgil enter the Gates of Hell. The reason this was added in was because the album Innocence & Instinct had an ARG of sorts leading up to the release of Innocence & Instinct, which used many things from Dante's Inferno. They even had a Myspace page set up with some of the characters from the poem talking to each other. This particular line was used in Intro (Canto III).
I certainly hope this thread is worthy enough to be posted here, as this is my first time coming to this section, as well as my first time posting. I have done a google search, but it's kind of hard to do a search on a band in this forum with such a simple name.
Seems like bands like this are not accepted well by the Facepunch demographic.
I personally am a huge fan of RED, can't wait for their next album.
Sounds very generic, like Linkin Park mixed with Breaking Benjamin.
Also
As a band we do Bible studies, and we read devotional books. Our tour manager’s on the phone every night with his wife reading devotionals before he goes to bed.
No thank you.
I do like Breaking Benjamin :v:
Linkin Park not so much...I did when I was younger but grew out of it. What would you say are some other "generic" bands? I think I have a thing for them.
