A 37-year-old Taiwanese man is in a stable condition following surgery to reattach his hands after his 17-year-old son chopped both of them off.
It is alleged that the boy attacked his father while he slept to avenge years of abuse. The boy, who apparently showed no remorse, is said to have attacked his father, a divorced ironsmith) after being beaten for refusing to take a job while he was in high school.
Surgeons have since reattached the father’s hands, the boy is in custody while authorities decide whether or not he should be charged.
I dont know who to feel ashamed for, the dad who had his fapping hand damaged or the kid for all the abuse he had
I wish it said what he used to chop them off..
Jesus fuck.
What a fucked up kid.. man.. thats wrong.

ITT: Future murderers.
What a fucked up kid.. man.. thats wrong.
Abuse in your formative years tends to fuck you up a bit.
Well as long as the father didn't steal anything his hands should be re-attached. As for the boy he should get his hands chopped off, years of a abuse my ass.
I wish it said what he used to chop them off..
I would have to say a hatchet or a meat cleaver. I can't see his dad let him saw his hand off with a sharp knife lol

His dad was an ironsmith. He obviously had access to tools.
Well at least no fap october will be easy for him.
I think they're both messed in the head
I wish it said what he used to chop them off..
sword :downs:
That kid should've chopped off the dad's feet as well. Such abuse has no excuse. Vengeance is a dish best served cold, and has a bittersweet taste that is better acquired the more abusive injustice has been exacted on the individual.
Although we don't know the exact magnitude of the abuse, whether it was light or heavy abuse, sparse or concentrated. If it was the latter of both categories, then the kid did what was right. If it was the former of both categories, then the kid might've overreacted a little.
Either way, justice is served.
Goddamn, there's revenge and there's just being gruesome.
Was probably a little fucked in the head, as someone mentioned earlier abuse can mess you up in your formative years.
I'm not saying the kid shouldn't take the blame. Hell, my parents used to hit me when I was out of order, but I guess either this kid was born with some issues or he got abused a hell of a lot/in a much more serious manner.
Is it even possible to move your hands again after getting them chopped off and attached back in? Dayum.

Not really, nah they're pretty much the same

Welcome to the world of tomorrow
Story lacks a bit of information, like what kind of abuses, why the reason for the beating for refusing the job, like maybe they were poor and needed some money and the father is desperate to get everything paid, although I'm not really saying the father is completely evil nor the son.
Not really, nah they're pretty much the same
I would imagine why he was angry, and I'd be applauding him if he like beat him up or something like that because that would be well deserved. But chopping off someones hands? You're pretty much sort of seeing the point of view Saudi Arabians do in the justice system. If you steal, one of your hands are cut off. Second offense? The other hand. Third? They cut off the head. Now I shouldn't compare the two but you can understand that to chop someone's hands off is harsh and unnecessary.
Such abuse has no excuse.
Tis' not the time for such a rhyme
It is alleged that the boy attacked his father while he slept to avenge years of abuse
He deserved it.

Yes, Justice is served by enacting as equal or worse punishments.
If we were to round up all the nazis and put them in nazi concentration camps, we'd be at the same exact level.
Get my point? By doing something of the same level, you're just as bad as them. If not lower

Thank you, I was trying to find the words to get this exact point across but I didn't know how. Well said.

You are welcome.

You were talking about revenge. Not justice.

It's a similar concept, don't you think? You've done wrong, and now you're going to pay for it.
It's a similar concept, don't you think? You've done wrong, and now you're going to pay for it.
Obviously you didn't understand my point and I totally disagree with you.
Paying for wrong, does not mean getting the same treatment.
How does it make us better, to round up Germans, and put them in German concentration camps, Right after we freed the Jews. (again, referring back to the nazi example, except Germany is more accurate to use here)
An eye for an eye DOES work, but in my opinion, is morally incorrect and hypocritical.

You're misunderstanding me, I'm bad with words. I do agree with you, the only reason I used Saudi Arabia as an example is because the justice system was the closest I could come to an analogy. It wasn't the best example but the whole 'same concept' idea is me explaining why I used the justice system as an example. I now realize how I made myself sound and my opinion is pretty much just like yours.
Sorry for the confusion, I'm tired as hell.

It's okay
Is the father one of the Titans and the father of a Greek god?
It's a good thing the dad just abused him by slapping him. Imagine what would have been chopped off if he had abused his son by having sex with him.
