Every time I click my computer or control panel, my computer always restarts, it goes to some blue screen that say memory dump, then it restarts. It works fine when I don't click it anyone know why? Thanks.
Sounds like a bad virus. try booting into safe mode then doing a virus scan
Also, in the same menu which the Safe Mode option is, select the "Disable automatic restart on system failure" Now try and get into the control panel again, this time the computer wont restart, allowing you to copy down the error on the screen. Do this, and post the error, and filenames if it lists any.

It happened after I updated my sound card driver, I didn't go on any sites, I used it updater from device manager. I'll do a virus scan anyway though. I suspect you have malware... Update all your scanners and run them all... Spybot Search and Destroy has found things that my other scanners haven't in the past. boot in safe mode when scanning.
Try starting the control panel from Start>Run... by typing "control" and see if it still happens. Also try explorer by typing "explorer"

Also, My computer works fine now.
