I thought that this might be something nice to try, basically you get snacks/candy/whatever from your own country and exchange them with some other person from another country via post.
I don't think this kind of thing has ever been done here on facepunch, so I thought it would be fun to try this out.
In this thread you can match up with whoever you want to to trade with and maybe continue planning with PMs.
You should probably include what country you are from if you are looking for someone to trade with.
I tried this thing on reddit, as they have a subreddit dedicated for this thing specifically.
I'll include a picture of the awesome loot I got from trading with some dude in the US, you can see that this person sent me quite the amount of stuff, but it doesn't have to be so much, just negotiate yourself :)

I'd love to do this but in Sweden it feels like most stuff is imported except chips. Some unique candies but even those are hard to find.
Oh man I'll be all over this if it takes off and I have some spare cash.
ill trade you a fun size snickers for a toblerone.
All those countries where you can't get Kinder Surprises, I'm your man.
I'll give you two Kinder Eggs for each one that this guy would, come to me!
Just kidding, but I can't believe some countries miss out on their glory.
I was amazed when I found out Americans didn't have all dressed chips or Smarties (The chocolate kind).
I think scandinavia shares a lot of candy, from what I've seen, Finland and Sweden at least have almost the same kind of candies
I think scandinavia shares a lot of candy, from what I've seen, Finland and Sweden at least have almost the same kind of candies
I can get alot of local dutch candy from a shop that is built in an old windmill (stereotype I know), 5 minutes from my house. Have to ask my parents for permission if I want to send it to any of you guys though (being 17 sucks :p )
All those countries where you can't get Kinder Surprises, I'm your man.
I'll trade you an AK-47 for it.

Im totally down for doing this shit! I live in the USA. I've always wanted to do this, but I don't know what's out there to try. I'd even go out to say I want to try different fruits that we don't have here.
lets get some snacks up in this bitch
[thumb]http://www.mrsimmshorsham.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/IMG_02641.jpg[/thumb]

I fucking love Mr. Simms
I didn't know they also sold large ass Toblerones
I'd be up for doing this, but I don't know what unique snacks we have in the UK.
i'm here in the states in washington
if you guys overseas want anything let me know
There should be some website that buys candy from all over the world and uses economies of scale so it's not super expensive.
I'd love to do this but in Sweden it feels like most stuff is imported except chips. Some unique candies but even those are hard to find.
Doesn't Sweden have like 100 different flavors of that Marabou chocolate? Here in Germany we only have the normal shit and mint flavor, and I really dig the one with Daim :(

There are local shops that do that too, I have one that imports Central to Eastern Europe candies.
My local store sells pic related, I bought some a few months ago for a laugh (it's black licorice):

In Venezuela we have these mofos:

Cocosettes! they're wafles filled with coconut cream that will fucking leave you asking for more everytime. They may seem simple but they're extremely good. I don't even like real coconut but I'm addicted to these fuckers. Everytime I go back to venezuela I buy a bunch of these and then give them to all my friends in Panama who always crave for more.

I could probably ship a couple of these to someone in a country not so far from Panama because I'm poor and broke. If you live nearby, holla at me and we can arrange an exchange!
if any europeans want any of our 400 different Reeses variations, let me know
for anyone who's in bulgaria, denmark or turkey, apparently pepsi blue is still being sold there
i need it
I'm in the U.S., so I'll probably be pretty boring. Plus, I'll have to re-learn to actually mail something.
Anyone in Japan, I would love to try your weird-ass Kit Kat. There's a Japanese market around my neighborhood that has a lot of imported stuff, but no weird Kit Kat.
This all reminds me of when I went to Epcot. Fun times.
Are Kinder Eggs still illegal in the US?
