• Looking For a New Lifting Routine

I know you guys probably get a bit annoyed because the amount of, "Help me Build a Routine" threads, but honestly I'd rather post here than spend my time talking to a sports trainer or someone else. Now that lacrosse is over, it's time to hit the weights again. It's been awhile since I've lifted. I could always do what I normally did - just hit the weightroom and make sure I give every part of my body a decent workout. But this year I'm hoping to be more organized. Since lacrosse is the sport I'll be training for I'll need to give my upper body a lot of attention. My upper body is what needs it the most. Shoulders, arms, chest, back, core, etc... I'd like to gain some mass and get stronger. Yeah I'll do squats and calf raises of course, too, but my lower body is generally good because of basketball. I'll take care of jogging/running. However I'm looking to get a bit faster. What would you guys recommend for speed? I'll probably just do some hill sprints which I know should help. Anyways, this year I won't be having a weight room unfortunately, but I do have dumbells I can use. I have a barbell and bench but I need to buy a new rack for it. So assuming I just have my body and my dumbells, could someone hit me up with some routines, ideas, or suggestions? 150 pounds, 5'10. Last I remember my max on bench was around 160 or something. I'm a pretty healthy eater and I'll probably start using some shakes again. Thanks guys.
buy the rack and do SS
