• How faster do you age when going at the speed of light?

How faster would you age when traveling at 99% of the speed of light? I know that it would be pretty much impossible to make something carrying a human to go this fast but what if. For example, If you put a baby in this and let it go for about 1 year. Would this mean that the baby had the body of a 10 year old, but the mind of an infant?
As you go faster and faster, time appears to slow down. If you could go 99.99999% of the speed of light, you would hardly age at all in 100 years. According to our current understanding of physics (and this is subject to change) you can never move at the speed of light, although with enough power you could approach it very nearly. The faster you go, the more time slows down.

I heard somewhere that to accelerate one molecule of fuel to around the speed of light, it would require all of the molecules of fuel in the universe.
I think we will never know until we actually travel at that speed.

Go watch any TV special on Einstein or better yet The Cosmos by Carl Sagan, it's explained really well for people who aren't ridiculous genius physicists.

Regardless we're already moving like 65 thousand miles per hour around the sun which is moving 450 thousand miles per hour around the galaxy so those tiny little changes on earth's surface don't really do shit

The Solar system rotates around the Galactic Core at 220 kilometres per second. The speed of the Milky Way galaxy is travelling towards the Great Attractor at 1,000 kilometres per second. Just because you're stood still doesn't mean you're not moving.
