Is this worth $10 [editline]1st April 2014[/editline] fuck it I bought it
Buy it for a friend and include a 50 cent copy of bad rats. Makes the perfect combo gift.
Can't wait for the GOATY edition
this is the best game I've played in awhile
Reposting from the GGD thread:
Can someone gift me this when it releases officially. I have exactly $.77 to spend. But I do have some stuff and I could gift one or maybe two of, which probably everyone already has. Audiosurf, Civilization V, Bioshock, Firaxis's XCOM, and the Payday 2 Christmas soundtrack.
Game is actually surprisingly amusing
my little niece laughed really hard when she saw me dragging people out of their homes and made them slide into the empty pool
Is this game worth the $10 im thinking of getting it...
Can't wait for the GOATY edition
GOAT Edition. Game Of All Time. [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/3314954784676340951/1C6659692517703A90A0D7D2A182F2AF86D395DB/[/t] Welcome to Goat Simulator.
Is this worth $10 [editline]1st April 2014[/editline] fuck it I bought it
yeah it's worth a tenner easily
The actual game itself is only going to give you an hour or two of laughs unless you're easily amused or really like pulling apart every little bug. But it's a UE3 game and the devs have enabled Workshop support for maps and mutators (and mutators can use the quests system for custom in-game achievements and etc.). We can't make Fuck Shit Up yet, but we can make Goat Shit Up. The point of the game is to be a goat, running around wrecking everything and everyone. Also, bonus. The devs only fixed bugs that interrupt gameplay (i.e. crash the game),but left in all the hilarious ones. So this happens all the time. It's pretty much Postal 2 only as a goat and it's missing the fun. Not even worth 10 cents in my opinion.
Can't wait for the GOATY edition
I smell Yogscast all over your post.
I smell Yogscast all over your post.
dude the GOATY edition comes from the thread in Games Discussion not Yogscast
dude the GOATY edition comes from the thread in Games Discussion not Yogscast
Just look it up. They do say it. Anyways, I am just loving this key feature.
If you get it from greenmangaming you can use this code (LPLTHA-IK05YA-J2WO1V) to get a 20% discount I had some gmg credit on my account so I got this game for $2.50 and its pretty fun. I wouldn't say it's worth the fun $10 though. I played it for an hour and I already discovered most of what the game has to offer with an exception of some collectibles and one or two secrets

It's funny how people talk about how low effort pixel art games are then when this game that actually took no effort and is genuinely bad but just keeps itself deliberately terrible, people throw money at it.

The map is pretty detailed with lots of secrets to find and it comes with an SDK and workshop support. The only glitchy part of the game is the physics, but it's intentionally glitchy and I love it. Worth the 10 bux imo

It is not a "genuinely bad" game. A lot of effort went into making it work well at what it does. And what it does is glitch the fuck out in hilarious ways quite a lot while providing a sandbox with lots of little things to do. Not everything is immediately obvious, and the game leaves its secrets for the player to discover. The devs fixed a lot of bugs, they just left the hilarious ones in on purpose. It's okay not to like a thing, that doesn't make it the worst thing on Steam since ISS was allowed back on.
