I would save a bit on the case, and instead go for a 7770 and a better PSU (I know everyone loves Corsair, but my CX430 has blown up three times in the three months I've had it. It's good at least that they're good with their RMA's)
I'd suggest an XFX ProStream, Antec, Seasonic or pretty much any of the OCZ PSUs. And you should get a bit over the recommended wattage, just in case they use more power than their specification/you want to upgrade later.

Because i had made this build for someone with around the same budget, its really not hard to find the parts on scan.co.uk. ....
If you're a student, your university/college may offer a free/reduced-cost copy of Windows 7.
Hows this then?

How about this build:
(Before you buy, I would wait for another FP member to check this build, I may have missed something/bad choice etc)

SCAN has a ridiculous delivery charge, that PSU works out about the same price as the one I posted.
The XFX PSUs are of very high quality, it's up to you.
I'm not even sure if I used the same site as you guys :v: scan is the only website I know for UKers
eBuyer.com (The one I used above) and Dabs.com are pretty good UK sites.
