Recently just installed a new driver for my printer (Dunno if that has anything to do with it but whatever)
But after that, the loading circle starts to hang on my taskbar above the internet connection sign.
Furthermore, if I click anything in the start menu (for example: My Computer) it doesn't launch and when I do go to start menu I find that everything on it is unclickable.
I can't even shut down my computer from the start menu. I'd have to shut it down manually using the power button.
It's a windows 7 laptop if that helps as well.
EDIT: Actually now everything just loaded. What the hell. Well I'm guessing now the problem is that it takes forever for the internet to load now.
Press (windows key) + R and type msconfig go to start up and take off the printer shit you don't need they always come with nonsense you don't need.
(I'm on Ubuntu right now so I can't verify that you have to go to start up when in msconfig but it's in there somewhere.)
Also:
If you can't click shutdown on the start menu then select the taskbar (where there's no buttons) and press alt - f4.
