the compression seems to ruin the main mix when it drops, and is overpowering everything with the kick. the synths below it sound alright but are all a bit weak, and in all this track (to me) is mostly just drum rape
there also seems to be far too much reverb on the padwork, and because of this the arps seem incredibly out of place in an otherwise muddy mixdown
good shit bro. This had me jumpin all over my room like a retard haha. In all seriousness though, this is quality jumpstyle. The only bad thing about it is that the reverb makes it a bit muddy imo, maybe try cutting back on it a little
edit: damn, ninja'd
and in all this track (to me) is mostly just drum rape
you mean kick rape
oh yeah, i agree that the kick is overpowered.
i don't really know anything about jumpstyle as a genre, i'm saying what i know from a general mastering perspective. there's nothing wrong with the track itself, with this tune

it reminded me of this, but the kick takes it's place in the middle of the tune (not behind or in front of any synths), with most of the synths used having no reverb and being very clean.
if i were you i would cut the length on all drums used and remove ALL reverb since you don't really need it, just add a long release to your main synths if you want to an atmospheric sound, and compress the tune less/low cut the drums
Thanks for the feedback guys. I only have 2 very small speakers (I live in an apartment) to go with so I cant really hear if it's good or bad with bass and stuff. I added an extra distortion mixer to the kicks to make it sound more like hardstyle/jumpstyle but yeah now I know how to do it properly. Again, thanks.
I suggest getting some JTS HP 535 Headphones then. They are cheap (40 bucks) but their sound quality is acceptable
