My ram, which works flawlesly for playing intensive games, is apparent two sticks of DDR2 @ 400mhz :/
What the fuck are you trying to convey?
Look like normal DDR2 800 to me.
dual channel
Totally normal.
Double Data Rate 2. 400MHz x 2 = 800MHz Understand? The x 2 comes from the word Double. Understand now?

WAIT. Go to the bios and set the frequency, before that though check your motherboard's specs as to what frequencies it supports. If NOT, rearrange the RAM so it is in the correct slots for Dual channeling to work. If all that fails return.

Look at the sticks to see if it says certain numbers on it like 8-8-8-24 or something, and then a voltage, then set it to those in the BIOS. May be on the packaging as well.

Sometimes you have to manually set it in the bios. For example: "Auto" everything in the bios = middle column Advertised specs on my memory = right column Don't up the voltage unless you are absolutely sure you are supposed to. Ask on the manufacturer's forums if you have to, the Mushkin guy was great helping me out with mine and I know most other large brands like Corsair have equally good support.

LOL, OP's Command Rate is set to 2T.
