So I have been getting weird lag in Team Fortress 2 could somebody help please?

Ok so when I play Team Fortress 2 I get these weird little lag spikes they are quite noticeable and annoying here are my specs:
Motherboard: ASrock Extreme4 Gen3
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz
Graphics card: EVGA super overclocked 1GB 560Ti's in SLI mode
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: i7 2700K @ 3.5GHz
HDD: 1T Hitachi Hitachi
SSD: 160GB intel 320 series
PSU: Corsair 850W 80+ gold

If you open the developer console and type: net_graph 3, you will see a meter that can show you more detail about the internet connection.
