not gonna get it until they add sound, damage, and multiplayer.

Minimalistic sound would make sense, since most of the game is set in an environment that has not enough pressure for sound to carry.

I'd love for something like how it was handled in Shattered Horizon, where the sounds are suit simulated but losing power to something like EMP or manually running silent stops the simulation and leaves you with very little, muffled sound.

Wait but what if you are in your space ship
Wait but what if you are in your space ship
Well the ships aren't pressurized, at least not yet, so that wouldn't matter. I don't know if that is a thing they plan to add or not.
Mm..This is made by the same devs who made Miner Wars 2081, isn't it.
I don't have high hopes. They kinda ruined that game in the end... Not to mention the fact that it was a terribly unoptimised piece of shit that had no advanced graphical settings leaving me with either textures so blurry that I might as well play a mod for the original Descent or 20 FPS and more input lag than a UE3 game...

Dammit that was my favourite game
So I guess this is a bit like Spacebuild but I'm guessing more user-friendly and more specialized?

There are strong parallels. Big difference is that this is designed for it from the ground up instead of using a litany of hacks and loopholes to work. You don't get the kind of systems micromanagement of a wiremod built ship, but you don't get the incredible frustration of one either.
