I got together with a couple of friends and we made this quick send up of Crank, one of our favourite films.

If anyone has any feedback, (constructive or destructive) it would be gladly appreciated.
The only thing I really noticed was the reflection of the tripod on the laptop when he was watching the movie on it.
Other than that I really enjoyed it.

Thanks, when filming we managed to convince ourselves that the tripod was un-noticable.
The squashing of the banana and the music played in the DVD labelled "eastenders xmas spcl" are my favorite bits of this.

Thanks, in case you wanted to find it, the music it is by a really talented composer called Yann Tiersen. He has a myspace and most of his songs are on youtube as well.
I did like the humour alot, it was filmed well. But please, for the love of god, dont use 'la noyee' for that kinda film.
Other than that, good job!

Duely noted, it's a song that only really deserves to be attached to something genuinely artistic, Amelie being the best example. We were wondering about its suitability, but it was the only music we had available to us that was happy enough to give a contrast.

We do intend to make more videos and will probably have a longer, more thought out concoction by the end of the summer... perhaps involving a garden gnome.
We already have about 30 videos on our youtube account from the past 3 years of amateur filmaking (emphasis on amateur) but if you'd like to check it out then here is the link:

If you are satisfied with what you see then we would be very grateful for youtube subscriptions!
