What type of band is it, first of all? It's hard to give any good CC without knowing that.
But what I can say is that I'm not sure if the band's name is Green Apple Delight, or if that's the album name, and the band's name is The Core.
Also, there's a disturbing lack of perspective, and the image is very, very small. What's the base resolution on it?
I see a lot of filter rape. The green of the apple and the red of the wall really don't go good together.
And Kagrenak is also right about all the stuff he said.
They are an Indy Band.
I was trying to make everything have a "handrawn" look to it. The enviroment I was going for was maybe like a city alley, or like in a small bar. Not sure what colors you would want me to use for that.
Anyway I saw that my friend was using MS paint to make pictures for his band so I decided just to do a little something for him and that's why it's not super big(290x450). I just posted it to their facebook site. I'm not a professional graphic designer.
Filters are never the way to go. If you need an handrawn look you either draw it through or make a new way, not filter it. The liquid text has no perspective.
If the white line is around the stem, why isn't it around everything else that's on black?
Background looks bad, should've chose a brick wall that looks more like one.
It's just an horrible filterrape. Learn vectors and try again.
I could instantly see the filters, not great, but not absolutely horrible either.
I would not use the filters if I were you. Sure it looks nice for a normal person who don't know PS, but to one that does it will look strange.
I guess that just for a pass-time indie band this will do, but if these guys wanna go somewhere they should have something more-- professional looking.
No sweat, the drawing doesn't need to be huge and complicated as long as the idea behind it is.
