• Random New Text Document in C listing a bunch of processes and applications - concern?

I'm with family this Christmas and, not unexpectedly, it's 'please look at my computer and fix it!!' time. I was poking around on a couple of the machines in one household and noticed that two of them had a weird file. In C:/New Folder/ there was a New Text Document.txt that seemed to consist of a simple list of processes and applications. This file existed on two seperate computers in this household, and I can't think of any reason why it should exist. Screenshot of one of these files below. Any ideas as to whether this could be a security concern - or maybe the remnants of one? I'd run Gmer and a malware scan, because while that file could be harmless it's enumerating applications from Windows, drivers, and even the Visual Basic Compiler, and we don't know why.
