I doubt it, but the lowest functioning computer I can set-up is just about at 300, and that contains a shit processor and an even worse Motherboard. You're better off saving up, because 350 won't get you much.
Save up my man, not sure how much 350 pounds converts to, but that is basically the cost of the 2500K itself.
