I'm working on a personal project right now and I have a specific aesthetic style in mind for it.
I was trying to find a proper artist with a style similar to what I had in mind (to learn from) and I found this:

This picture is really close to what I want to do but I haven't managed to find it's source (other than it's a concept for the movie Cool World) or any artist that has a similar style.
Does anyone know any specific artist with similar style that I could take inspiration from?
I also found this shitty quality picture:

It seems to belong to the same artist but my searches yield nothing.
Does anyone has any idea about who might be drawing these?
I think that that's it. Barry Jackson, and it's a illustration for Cool World.

Thank you a ton.
About Cool World
"The visual design of the live-action footage was intended to look like "a living, walk-through painting", a visual concept Bakshi had long wanted to achieve. The film's sets were based upon enlargements of designer Barry Jackson's paintings."
