Activision boss Bobby Kotick has lost a fiery legal battle against one of California's most notorious attorneys.
The 'brawl' between Kotick and Patricia Glaser came to a close on July 6 according to legal papers - after a ruling by a three-judge panel in the California Court of Appeal.
Glaser alleged that Kotick owed her firm more than $1 million in legal fees.
The case itself was complicated - and dated back to a 2007 sexual harassment lawsuit.
So what does this mean for Activision? They'll pay it off anyway with their money fountains. That or they'll milk Call of Duty some more.
HAHAHAHA FUCK YES
Fuck Kotick.
That's like 1pence considering how much Activision charge people.
Hahaha a sexual harrassment case, I'm not surprised.
Sexual harassment? Kotick is worse than I thought...
Kotick should do prison time atleast, his prices are extortionate :colbert:
Hahahaha owned.

They've gained so many legions of "loyal" fans at this point that they don't even need to give CoD fans actual content to make them pay. They'll just release a "Help Pay Kotick's Legal Fees" DLC pack for $20 with no actual content. :v:
I hope some insane person jumps up and just eviscerates him.
The sum of this whole lawsuit is just pocket change to Kotick.

$20 would be too cheap for a person like Kotick, how about $50?
I bet he was sexually harassing Infinity Ward employees as well

"Show us on the 3D character where he touched you."
Just found out that Kotick didn't make any sexual harrassment, he just fired her.
At the end of the day, however, the amount of money at stake was no laughing matter.
On July 6, a three-judge panel in the California Court of Appeal sided with Glaser, who alleged that Kotick had stiffed her firm out of more than $1 million in legal fees.
According to court records, the unhappy tale began in 2007, when a flight attendant named Cynthia Madvig filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Kotick, Andrew Gordon, the head of Goldman Sachs & Co.’s investment banking division in Los Angeles, and Cove Management, a company the two created to manage a Gulfstream III private jet they jointly owned. The suit also named Phil Berg, a pilot employed by Cove.
Madvig, who worked as a flight attendant on the jet, claimed that Berg had pressured her in 2006 to be his “arm candy” by accompanying him to dinners and outings during layovers. When she refused, Berg “set out to make life miserable for Madvig,” she alleged. The lawsuit said that Berg compelled her to clean the plane’s toilets repeatedly while “leering” at her.
Madvig claimed that she reported the incidents to Gordon, but did not get a response. Two months later, Kotick fired her. By way of explanation, Kotick allegedly told Madvig, “The guys are unhappy with the hostile environment.”
Kotick: "Shit, we lost the case! :byodood: Make another map pack to pay it off!"
One million dollars? That won't even scratch Kotick's bank account, hell he probably makes that on a daily basis.
Finally, something good happens in the world!

Will the legal documents be available in the form of downloadable content?
So he didn't want to pay them either? Well get in line, I have a feeling they aren't the only ones Kotick didn't pay (and I'm not talking only about IW).
