Extremely underweight, but my regular food intake is unhealthy for me?

My diet is not he most healthy one. I regularly drink around 2-3 bottles of pop every day. I eat nearly a bag of chips every 2 days. I also eat a shitload of other things, too. But even though I eat such unhealthy items of food, my body is the opposite of what it should be.
I do not have diabetes, surprisingly.
So can anyone tell me why my body is so skinny? I currently weight 115 pounds at 14 years old.

You are like me, i eat unhealthy food and stuff and i'm really underweight.
I'm pretty similar, but I've stopped growing (for a while anyway) and I've started to put on a tiny bit of weight, I'm trying to ease off the sugar a bit though.
I should get checked for diabetes.... but too lazy.

Same page, OP, except I'm two years older. I've just been focusing on eating loads of healthy foods (seriously, unhealthy foods won't do much for you), not putting off eating whenever I feel hungry, and getting lots of exercise. This is going to sound dumb, but even when you feel full (when eating anything other than junk food), keep eating anyways. Chances are you aren't actually full.
If you're wondering what to do for exercise, I've started doing 100 pushups minimum a day (unrelated to that 100 pushups thread, it's just a coincidence) and lifting weights while I'm watching TV or otherwise doing something that doesn't require anything more than sitting/standing idle.
Good luck. Don't worry anyways. As Fijgum said, it's because you're younger. It'll catch up with you one day.
What's your BMI?
Lift weights and become a muscle man. You're probably skinnyfat. Start eating reasonably and exercise a bit.

On topic- Its probably because of your metabolism. Or a tapeworm. Or both.
From various studies, I always assumed people who are extremely underweight but eat a lot just distribute their meals over time instead of just eating a meal every or six hours with nothing inbetween
I have the same problem. I think my height is linked to it.
I am the exact opposite, I am a vegan, mostly vegatables and fruits, soys and rarely snack foods, but I am also overweight.

Maybe you don't gain in weight, but all that shit, especially the pop, fucks your body from the inside pretty badly

You're probably Skinnyfat, which is just as good as being plain fat.
Underweight doesn't usually mean a low body fat percent.
Go to the gym and gain some muscle.
Just so you guys know, I do work out regularly.

I am also a little bit underweight but that's because I do not eat that much.
If you are severely underweight you might need to go to a specialist.
exercise. change your eating habits. eat more, and not just snacks. make sure to eat substantial foods. plenty of protein, too!

You're most likely either:
1. Doing it wrong
or
2. Not eating enough
Most likely both though.
Eat shitloads of protein; eggs, meat, beans etc.
Start working out like a motherfucker. Lift heavy shit over and over again until you feel like you're about to puke your lungs up.

Eat loads of red meat and protein, if I'm watching tv or playing a game I'll do push-ups/sit ups during commercials or if I die in the game or before it starts, etc. Be productive while you're being lazy!

I eat something, and like few minutes after I'm hungry.
I'm never eating healthy food or almost never (barely eating anything at lunch/diner), I'm almost emptying a whole nutella jar every week-end, and I'm still slim as fuck.

I have this problem too. It's like my stomach doesn't give a shit what i eat. I've always been skinny despite my almost constant intake of bagels, and sometimes i can even skip meals without taking any effect in form of hunger/nausea
Also, I've never been much of a milk-drinker. Everyone i know have been raised with 3 glasses a day, and so have i, i just haven't followed that rule. I'm afraid I'm gonna get a disease :ohdear:

I don't give a shit, seriously. The bigger "health" problem I have and will ever have is poor stamina, weak strength, and not a really advantaging body (not a lot of ladies are interested in seeing someone's ribcage all the time), and that's it. I won't, and can't change shit about this.
And I'll still have less problems than a fatty.
Do some sports and eat. That'll get you somewhere.
