• A Strange Internet Error

Well, I had a small 'bout of adware a few days ago, and I think it messed with more ports for several reasons A) steam's store no longer opens B) I can't upload anything on photobucket, filesmelt, or gmail. C) The Xfire ads won't connect (not a bad thing, just a bad sign in this situation) I'm wondering what went wrong, and how to fix it. I restarted my router as well, no effect. I did use malwarebytes and avriah to clean up my comp, I believe it is in clean condition now, no adverse effects such as loss of speed, strange errors or other signs of disease in computer.
Keep scanning. There's something still there. Try scanning in safe mode.
Perhaps it messed with DNS settings - check your hosts file.
and/or type "ipconfig /flushdns" in your cmd (admin mode).
I suspect you have malware... Update all your scanners and run them all... also do what above post said. Spybot Search and Destroy has found things that my other scanners haven't in the past.

So yeah, I would do this.
