Pizza Hut has unveiled it is going upmarket, spending £60million on a revamp that will see cocktail bars inside some of its upgraded restaurants. In fucking mason jars none-the-less. The only proper way to drink any sort of alcoholic beverage.
They fuckin need it I tell ya. I think everyone just wants take awayp pizzas now. If these cocktails look as good as the ones shown, and they aren't just like mcdonalds advert ones, then damn they look delicious. also "ah mah gad, is laik, totally awesame."
In fucking mason jars none-the-less. The only proper way to drink any sort of alcoholic beverage.
Heh, it does have a certain chic to it. Also having a cocktail bar in your pizza place does seem a little unorthodox, but hey I'm game for it, so long as the cocktails aren't stupid expensive. Also, I imagine they won't be able to deliver cocktails. That'd be a little silly, if not damn tricky to pull off without it losing some of its freshness on the way.
All they have to do now is have a moonshine distillery in every store making fresh 'shine.
Now you can get hammered and be in the Pizza place and not have to travel to it later!
Also, I imagine they won't be able to deliver cocktails. Would surely make the delivery boy/gals tip.

That's a really unexpected diversification. Then again, this is from a company who invented fucking cheeseburger crust. So we should really expect anything. Their takeaway pizzas are fuckin top though. I hope they keep the ice cream factory
Man, last time i had pizza hut it tasted like ash and dissapointment in my mouth. Still, the lunchtime buffet deal was good.
What the fuck is happening in this picture?
Ok I want you guys to look really suprised and excited... JESUS. w/e that will do.
Will they deliver?
I doubt they will deliver cocktails. Their restaurants have always served bottled alcohol but just without a bar.
Looks really....tacky. [editline]17th February 2015[/editline] More like Pinterest Hut
I need this.
Alcohol delivery probably comes with it's own set of regulatory nightmares. In any case, that looks pretty damn swanky. I wouldn't mind going to one just to check it out.

But I am liking the sound of those hard shakes though.
What's with the jars? What happened to cocktail glasses?

Also, over here in the UK we don't normally "tip", since people's jobs usually pay well enough without the poor sods having to sing for their supper.
Looks like every cheap restaurant revamp ever, i.e. shit
In fucking mason jars none-the-less. The only proper way to drink any sort of alcoholic beverage.
every ~quirky~ restaurant near me does this mason jar thing for all their drinks and I hate it. just put it in a normal fucking glass.
I imagine this will probably work. Ever since McDonalds started doing its 'Café' style thing in the UK, I've seen a lot of groups of young adults- definitely more than there used to be at least.
every ~quirky~ restaurant near me does this mason jar thing for all their drinks and I hate it. just put it in a normal fucking glass.
You see a drink in a mason jar you know it's going to be overpriced.

A bunch of people were having breakfast in McDonalds, namely fruit toast and bagels, and the last guy to arrive to the group is all like "Guys you can't bring in food from other restaurants... You'll get us kicked out", trying to hide that stuff with his briefcase. Yeah I remember that shit, can't find it on YouTube.

you win this round, redcoats
Does this mean Demolition Man is slowly coming true?
