So basically the games windows rt will get are ports of ports?
Awesome, the people on fp who said they were gonna get one of these figured there'd be basically no games, but it looks like they might get some anyway

Epic has managed to run the UE3 on a freaking iPhone could we please stop being amazed every time this engine gets ported on anything ever

Windows RT isn't going to be released for months and nobody's really sure how well it's going to sell - but this could really help.
considering it's already on ARM devices I doubt they expended terribly much effort
Yeah, that would be why my post said "The surprising thing isn't that they could do it". I guess the more important question is which of their games they're going to port to it if any.

I guess they could do Infinity Blade if they were so inclined. i don't really think UE3 is used very much on mobile platforms anyways.
there still is the possibility that unreal 3 might not work on all machines running windows rt, it's not just the arm cpu but also the custom gpus depending on the hypothetical machine in question. However, epic has experience with their engine on arm devices so if something is revealed problematic I think they're smart enough to tackle it if not address it.

Now we just need Source/GoldSrc support.
