I have a problem that started somewere around last week.
Whenever I am playing a game my computer randomly blackscreens and my screen goes into idle mode which means that the gpu isn't responding. Right when this happens I hear the gpu fan go to 100% for 2 seconds before either shutting down or going to a real low fan speed.
At first just restarting my computer helped and I could play for the rest of the day without the same thing happening. Now it has gotten more frequent. And I seem to be getting the error for when the gpu isn't responding to the driver.
To rule out that it wasn't a driver or a virus problem I did a virus scan and a complete reinstall of my gpu drivers. When that didn't work I checked if the gpu was overheating. I cleaned out my case and ran it with the case open.
I ran my game (Arma 2 in this case) in windowed mode and with a temp monotoring program on the side. Same problem first came the gpu not responding error and then my screen turned all green and was no longer responding.
Would be nice if someone knew what was going on or if I should get a new gpu I'm lucky because it's still under warranty.

What were the temps at?
What were the temps at?
30 degrees for the processor and 55 degrees for the gpu.

After reading around a bit on some different forums, I'm thinking it might be a power issue. How ever my PSU is rated to be able to power the card.
Are those the temps for when you are in game?
