So my PSU died. I want to start over. I have two hard drives and a single stick of 4gb ram that Im going to carry over into the next build. and I plan to do video editing and gaming on this next rig. I don't need a CD Bay. What will get me the best bang for my buck? I'd say my price range will be between $800 and $900
a price range of 900$ clearly you want this [t]http://i.imgur.com/soz12gy.png[/t] jokes aside I run an SLI build (2 gtx970's) and use a EVGA 750 watt you shouldn't need above 750w really. With this one though, just make sure you plug the hard drives into the SATA ports or else you have a sparkler on your hands Personally I like evga because they have very solid customer support. Just register it online if you do get an evga. I had a corsair before this but it had extremely serious coil whine after a point. the rest of the rig though I know other people will give a great idea
and what's the 4GB of ram? DDR3 or DDR4? Give me something to work here man.' (tbqh there's no point in keeping the 4GB of ram and you may as well take anything else that could possibly work to save money, a video editing PC can be a bit pricey if you want something good) [editline]20th March 2016[/editline] Actually. Fuck your ram. Not unless crossfire gets some major improvements in games tbh. I don't see myself ever getting another 290x. Though another lightning would blow my 750w anyways :v:
~500w draw record for my card! (LN2 though)
