It's a fucking pain in the ass, I got the molex pin remover from MDPC-X, and I'm shitting myself with rage. It is so god damn hard just to get one pin out. Has anyone ever done this? If yes, how the fuck did you manage?
Milky tried during his build log, eventually he gave up and went with a 100% modular PSU from silverstone I remember something about him finding out corsairs are one of the hardest to sleeve
I tried to do one before and I completely fucked it up.

I think I'm going to try to sell this HX650 ( faulty anyway, makes that very annoying clicking noise. ) and buy this http://www.shg.dk/Stroemforsyning/SilverStone-ST85F-P-850W-2202983.html . I just tried pulling a pin from an old 200 W psu for my old system.. came out like butter.. I raged.

No, when it's running. Constant clicking.
Turn your shit off, that could fry everything hooked to it. Turn it off, now. Unhook it from everything too, including the wall.
I'd say keep it running for as long as you can to see if the noise goes away.
And do what? Eat puppies and shit rainbows? I could take it to the shop where I bought it, but I won't get it back untill in 2 months and they haven't done shit to it. And they don't give me a new meanwhile.
