• Would you accept the curse of living multiple lives but dying young in every life?

For example you can live 1,000 different lives through all different periods of time doing anything you want, but each life is cut short and you die before you turn 25 in every life. Would you agree to this?
no make it like 50 years old and then yes
you understimate what can be done in that short amount of time. especially if you get to repeat it 1000 times. I wish this was real I would do it.
If I keep my past memories, hell yeah.
If you keep your memories, no question about it.
No thanks, I didn't have a very smooth ride through puberty the first time round, I don't think another 999 goes at it will leave me better off. Also, at the end of it you'd have spent like two weeks of your life squeezing through your mothers birth canal and you'd remember it perfectly.
id also have 10,000 years worth of squeezing through other womens birth canals
If I knew I would die before 25 each time why would I even bother living? I wouldn't live long enough to start and finish anything worthwhile to the world, I couldn't fall in love because my early death would leave someone heartbroken. It would turn into a personal hell pretty quickly.
This thread is so intense...like it's making me think man..
There's no reason to live multiple lives.
you guys fail to think outside of the box of typical societal and emotional boundires, I imagine if you ignore obvious scientific implications of being immortal and memory overload, if you continued learning and mastering what it means to be human eventually you'd be able to do a lot more than the typical person. You'd be a master in every field that ever has or ever will exist, you would have explored every human behavior and mastered manipulation, hell eventually you'd probably invent everything there ever will be to invent. This is all assuming you have some form of "perfect brain" that has infinite learning and memory capabilities, because if you didn't you'd have about 5-6 of those 25 year lives before you get really bad really fast.
Think, if you live on a thousand years in different lives, you could explore space, and die in super cool ways
I'd do it if I kept my memories and knowledge. If not, then I probably wouldn't do it.
If I was incapable of falling in love, and got to keep my memories, yes.
