My sound doesnt work, its suddenly gone, have checked if its my headset and its not and i have rebooted twice i have no idea what to do, please advise.
Reinstall drivers.
Are you using onboard or an expansion sound device (sound card)?
If onboard, What is your motherboard's model?
If sound card, what model is the soundcard?
Check the speaker icon on the toolbar right click and choose playback devices. I think its been the same actions since windows xp, although I can't remember.
im not sure, i think sound card but how do i know for sure?
Gerbils don't jump to conclusions, we don't know its a problem could be just a setting changed by accident.
