I don't really trust steamdb updates. It's been wrong a lot of times in the past. I'd wait until anything was actually announced.

So if it's real will it be a well planned out, high quality port with similar performance and features to the windows release, or will it be rushed/buggy port, or perhaps even a code wrapped port ala [URL="https://www.vpltd.com/services/"]virtual programming[/URL]. It's great that more platform options are opening up but I've found many of the AAA games in my linux library run terrible compared to the windows versions. Civ V and cities skylines are among the worst as much as I love em.
