I hope this raises the possibility of the newer ones getting a PC/Steam Release aswell

I'm rather disappointed right now. Not only this is the first episode which has been avalaible for ages, but this edition lacks the story mode and online multiplayer mode.

I didn't finding about online features on the store page and immediately thought it was identical to the Windows Store edition of the game. Well, who knows what's in it then.
Tagged High Impact Sexual Violence That sounds horrible :v:
Buy it pls, I want my BB and GG on PC
"12 unique batants" were the letters "c", "o", and "m" deemed offensive or something?
Don't buy this, it's just the port from 2007 with no online. That and its horribly outdated, too.
I've been wanting to play through all of these for a while, but how exactly do these games work out? As far as I can tell, this is the first one, then the second one was released 3 seperate times, and the third game has been released in some places but not others. And I think the third release of the second game contained the first game to some degree? Kind of confusing

Hopefully it indeed does mean they are looking into releasing newer ones on PC as it's my preferred system to play games on but man I'm not going to buy this one when I have Extend and Chrono Phantasma coming real soon on PS3 already. It's like a huge step backwards.

Its arcade counterpart had a new release called Blazblue Continuum Shift 2 to include console exclusive characters and a large balance update. It came to home consoles as a free, usual update. BBCP2 was later ported to 3DS and PSP. There is only one extension to Blazblue Continuum Shift for home consoles, it is called Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend. It was standalone, included all DLC characters and a new character, and also included Calamity Trigger's story mode.

So would there be any reason to own both Continuum Shift Extend and Calamity Trigger? It seems like if CSE contains the story mode for CT it would also have all of the characters and stages from that game as well just to make it work.
I just bought it because I need a good fighter and that cat thing looks fucking rad. Also $8.99
man, ragna was fucking awesome if you could avoid taking damage, most of his moves were pretty analogue stick based so i'm guessing he'll be hard to play without a gamepad
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS A BAD JOKE bluhaiwad who the hell wants calamity trigger when chronophantasma is like a month and a half away
A round is called a "rebel" and one match can consist of one to five "rebels". To win a round, one player must either incapacitate the other by inflicting damage through various attacks to reduce their opponent's health to zero or by having more remaining health than their opponent after the clock runs out. Every character has a weak, medium and strong attack. Also every ones has a "unique" technique, called a Drive attack, which is different for each character.
YES THANK YOU NOW I KNOW HOW FIGHTING GAMES WORK
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS A BAD JOKE bluhaiwad who the hell wants calamity trigger when chronophantasma is like a month and a half away
People that don't have consoles?
People that don't have consoles?
yeah ok don't see how this means you'd want a game from 5 years ago with the online removed instead of the myriad more recent, superior releases
there's no online mode because the online used gfwl.
Well, that came out of fucking nowhere.
Here's to hoping that buying this will support the addition of the sequels.
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS A BAD JOKE bluhaiwad who the hell wants calamity trigger when chronophantasma is like a month and a half away
it's only $10 tho and it comes with the soundtrack, i'd buy it for that alone blazblue's soundtracks are fucking amazing
I'd rather have Guilty Gear on steam. It's a way better series IMO
