Oh wow. The DLC is accessible after killing the [sp]final boss[/sp]. I don't think they've ever made a DLC accessed so late before. That should mean that it's very 'high level' content.

It's recommended to be level 100 so
alternatively can be accessed through the other DLC which is accessible through a pretty low level area (The Chapel)

You don't actually [I]need[/I] [sp]to kill the final boss, you just need to get to him[/sp].

The Ashes of A-whatever DLC is accessible early but very difficult for low level characters. At least in my experience, the final boss of it is a very hard one.
