CS 1.6 Viewmodel,worldmodel skin problem

I download every skin for cs1.6 weapons and i put it in the cs strike folder and when i go in i only have the AWP skin,m4a1 skin,and usp skin.Im supposed to have every skin reskined.The world model is the same not reskined and the viewmodel is also the same but not reskined.I tried entering the folder of the reskin folder and putting the contents in the right folder like model skin in the models folder and the sounds folder in the sounds folder.But no reskins sounds or models have showed up.Please helped me thanks
