So, I've been looking at parts for a long time now and I've almost finished my new build, but I'm stuck at choosing a case. The hardest part is not finding a case, but it's the trick finding a good case that fits my needs.
What I'm basically looking for is a pretty light case (Below 9kg would be great) and a price tag around £50-£70. Wouldn't mind if it's kinda small too.
I have been looking at the Xigmatek cases, like the Midgard or the Utgard. The Utgard looks promising and it should fit the hardware I'm buying. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm open for all suggestions really.
CM 690 II Advanced. Has everything you need.

Looks nice too. It's a little heavier than the Xigmatek Utgard though. I'll make sure to add this to my watchlist anyway.
CM 690 II Advanced is probably the best case in your budget range.
It's very attractice indeed. The main issue for me is that it weighs more than my Antec 900, which kind of beats the purpose of upgrading the case (The reason I need it to be light weight is for when I move back to sweden. Cheaper shipping costs etc.)

There are really only three ways you get light cases:
1) You get one that's rather small.
2) You cheap out and get one made out of shit plastic and really thin steel.
3) You spend a bit of money and get a high end Lian Li.
Cases in the mid-range spectrum are made mostly from steel, which is going to make them heavy to begin with.
Personally, I'd suggest just getting a case that works well for you and sucking it up when it comes to shipping costs.

Actually, now that I think about it, there is one small(ish) case that sort of fits your needs, if you don't mind an odd internal layout and reverse airflow.

It only weighs 4kg, too.

I own a 690 II myself and it's actually not too heavy at all for me, but I suppose there may be people that would consider it heavy.
Realistically though, how often do you really think are you going to be moving your case other than unboxing it, putting all the stuff in it and putting it on your desk?

I was just about to recommend that case too.
Comparing the Xigmatek Utgard (Which I've heard good things about) and the Cooler Master Chassi you recomended, there's only like a 0,3Kg differense. It weighs 9,56Kg where the Antec 900 is around 8,4Kg. Now that I think about it, I think the shipping limit is around 20Kg, so I should be fine anyway (Since I'm going to remove some components for shipping anyway.)
That Lian Li chassi looks nice too. :buddy:

Once or twice, moving it to another country. :v:

I've also noted that the CM chassi have more space for a bigger graphics card than the Xigmatek (~8-10cm differense I think, roughtly calculated)
