this honestly seems like the last website you'd want to visit when going on your top secret 100% encrypted hacker web browsing
The entire purpose for using the Deep Web's various "social" services is to avoid giving your info to big name companies who are likely to give it to the governments at any idle whim. Sort of defeats the point. This will probably be composed of honey pots and script kiddies that just learned how to download TOR only. Anyone competent will never touch this thing with a million proxy long metaphorical pole.
I'd be more inclined to trust a dark web service explicitly set up by the FBI. At least they'd be up front about their intentions.
