Make the power supply 600w or more, to be on the safe side. Also, You will need thermal paste
You should get a better PSU, the rosewill's don't have a high 12v rail. [editline]05:13PM[/editline] You don't need thermal paste, stock heatsinks have them pre-applied.

holy shit 750 watt psu and a micro atx mobo overkill much? and don't get rosewill fans, they sound horrible and die often
