Go for one of those slimline ones, they feel better. And yes you can install windows 7 using a USB keyboard and mouse, it doesn't require a PS/2 one.
Logitech, because of the fat enter key. I can't live without one.
It depends on how much feedback you want from your keyboard. Do you want to key when putting very light pressure on it? Or do you like the feeling of knowing you're hitting a key because it takes a little more push to it? Flat or slimline keyboards are usually better if you like very little feedback. Gaming keyboards or keyboards with raised keys will get you more feedback. Ultimately, keyboards are pretty much all the same unless you feel like blowing a hundred and fifty on one that will monitor your system temps or fan speeds or something. It all comes down to how you want it to "feel." And even then, if you get one that doesn't feel right at first, you adapt to it fairly quickly. Similar to the way we adapt to things like mouse speed, you just stop noticing that it feels different. Of those three, I would personally choose the third because I like the hard feedback.
