Specs: ASUS M4A785TG-V EVO AMD Athlon II x4 620 2.6GHz 4GB DDR3 1600MHz 650W PSU XFX 4890 30GB SSD 250GB 7200rpm 1TB external 1366x768 monitor I want 2 things right now for my computer. A bigger monitor or a faster CPU. I can't decide between the two. Around $200 to spend Products that I'm looking at: Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236052 CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103808 1. I would really enjoy a bigger monitor. My monitor now is so damn wide and small, height wise. 2. I would also enjoy a faster computer and whatnot. Though I'm not really sure if I should just stick with my current CPU or not. 3. It would be really nice if I could play my PS3 on my monitor also, with the decent screen size and all and with 1080p, I think it would be great. Would it have low response time? Kind of sucks playing my PS3 on my 1080i HDTV because of the "lag" it has. Playable, but not really preferred.
I would definatly go with the monitor first. Your CPU isn't a massive bottleneck at the moment but it certainly could be upgraded.

Also, I found tv09.org. You enter the screen sizes and it compares the two. This is for TVs though, but is it the same as monitors? And is it accurate? I did 18.5 widescreen vs 23.6 widescreen
Get the monitor, the processor would be an upgrade, but I doubt you'd feel the increased speed.
