This is my first build and I just want to know if I can improve it and lower the price (tight budget IMO) So any opinions. Im planing to use it for gaming (source)
Why did you buy a power cable?
IIRC doesn't thermal compound come with the processor/motherboard anyway?
IIRC doesn't thermal compound come with the processor/motherboard anyway?
ya it comes with a retail CPU
Looks good, the Power Supply may be slightly overkill.
Why did you buy a power cable?
The PSU doesnt come with one What could I change to PSU to then (wattage)
The PSU doesnt come with one What could I change to PSU to then (wattage)
550 would be fine.
£40 is way too cheap for a 700W PSU, wouldn't trust it at all http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167200
£40 is way too cheap for a 700W PSU, wouldn't trust it at all http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167200
The reason I chose it was it had lots of good reviews and was popular Do you think I will need 1TB storage, my laptop has 160GB storage and I havent had trouble with that amount
a PSU will get "good" customer reviews if the box is pretty enough and it works for just 5 minutes, don't rely on them in any way and we can't tell you how much storage you'll need, but a 500GB drive would only be around £15-20 cheaper which means you're not getting as much space for your money
eBuyer.com also I dont think 12 year olds should be on the internet
Well i'm on the internet already, so you'll have to put up with it.
The reason I chose it was it had lots of good reviews and was popular Do you think I will need 1TB storage, my laptop has 160GB storage and I havent had trouble with that amount
More power is better, as long as its at a good price.
How much does a heat spreader help in cooling memory

Should I choose this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/135514 PSU or this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/141006 because I heard some bad reviews on corsair PSUs
Should I choose this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/135514 PSU or this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/141006 because I heard some bad reviews on corsair PSUs
What? Corsair makes excellent PSU's. Go with the Corsair.
I heard some bad reviews on corsair PSUs
wat corsair is probably the best PSU brand
Before I get the parts ordered is there any thing I should change on the build? Anyone?
