iPhone 5 - Can I Organize Apps Vertically in Columns Rather than Rows?

Basically as it says up there.
Got a banging wallpaper, focus point is the right side so would like to have the apps going down the left side of the phone.

As monk said, you either deal with rows or jailbreak the thing.
God dammit, why isnt there any proper apps for this on the store, it seems so simple!!

Apps can't modify springboard like that.
A replacement springboard app would be cool if possible.
Jailbreak it and get Gridlock 2.0
I hope this big UI change in the next version of iOS allows more customizability, but maybe that's just me being overly optimistic
