My friend wants a gaming rig for Christmas and has a budget of roughly $500 US Dollars. He will be playing games like counter strike source and fall out and such. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
OS needed? Monitor resolution?
No OS needed, and I believe hes using an old CRT so 1024x800, maybe a little bigger.

Some are form amazon and some are from new egg. Do you want me to give you all the links?

I went with my last post and the suggestions that reapaninja made
