So yeah, I've got an old-ass GFX and I really want to swap for a new one.
The price doesn't matter, I've saved up some solid money from my salaries, and I would like a real good and high performance one. The one that could run modern games on highest settings.
Yeah, I did look for them myself, and I found one that I like personally, but I want your opinions, if you please.
I prefer NVidia cards. My motherboard is ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe.
Thanks in advance!
Full Specs of you computer?

Buy two GTX595s and put them in SLI, once they are released that is. Add a third GTX595 and use it as a dedicated PhysX Processor if you plans to get a new motherboard with additional PCI-e slots
If you have a undefined budget, then I would suggest you to buy two GTX595s and put them in SLI, once they are released. Add a third GTX595 and use it as a dedicated PhysX Processor if you plans to get a new motherboard with additional PCI-e slots
And then polish you Jewel-encrusted golden Case and contemplate which Country you wish to buy because you apparently have all the Money in the World.
all of it.
all the Money.

I can actually do that, if I've got enough slots. Thanks for the help.

Oh, so you have money to waste ? Why don't you Quad SLI some Quadro 6000 then ?

But they're horrible for gaming.
He wants a high performance graphics card. I'm suggesting it a high performance graphics card.
But not for the use he wants to do of it :v:
Though I'm pretty sure a QuadSLi of Quatro 6000 could run most games on Very High.
I'd be fine with some QuadSLi GTX595's, and a fifth one for PhysX. :c00l:
YEEEAAAAAHHHHHH!!!

No they couldn't.

When is nvidia going to get their shit together and give us QuadSLI? Seriously, SLI has been around for YEARS and we STILL can't SLI 4 cards together?
DUMB. AS. FUCK.

Can't the GTX 580/480 quad SLI?
Let me guess, it's a switch that just needs flipped in the drivers to enable QuadSLI, right? Doesn't surprise me.

uh
2 dual GPU cards together = quad SLi
unless you've somehow worked out that 2 + 2 does not equal 4
and did you miss EVGAs huge thing about quad SLi mobos

before you start complaining about stuff not existing, maybe you should get out from under your rock long enough to realise it already does
Mobile Intel(R) 915GM
The Mobile Intel® 915GM Express chipset also supports Intel® High Definition Audio (Intel® HD Audio)◊ which is an enhanced audio specification for high quality audio enabling a great home theater experience.
sounds amazing IMO

regardless of how many chips come on a card, i was counting cards. Not chips.

too bad it isn't your personal definition of something that counts then, huh

Yes you can, but not all cards supports it.
I'm sure that if you buy any high-end card right now, your CPU will bottle neck it
you're probably using some old athlon 64, right?
btw how much money are willing to give away for a graphics card?

Which raises a rudimentary question, which the OP should have answered at the very start. What are the specs?
OP is lying when saying price doesn't matter.
Nope, I've got loads of emone.
And to people being witty and suggesting four cards, it says "videocard" right there in the thread title. Dare to count?
So, what are your current specs?
Nope, I've got loads of emone.
Now you're just attempting to show off. I suspect that you don't actually have money at all, but is trying to brag, or is a spoiled child who doesn't know how to save money.

I'm pretty old to be called a child, and I've got a well-paid full-time job that allows me to get some solid amounts of cash. The thread is once again to recommend me something, not to drive it off-topic.

Let me guess, you're a paperboy? That's a lot of money for a kid your age.

Then for the love of everything that is holy, post your specs.
