Hey guys!
I recently went on holiday, and I honestly almost creamed in my pants at the beautiful noise of the jet engines on the plane starting up... SO, I've now decided that I want this orgasmic, powerful pleasure, in the comfort of my own home!
I'm on abit of a shoe string budget so some parts will not be brilliant, but hopefully this won't deter the performance too much.

I've had to do quite abit of reseach into jet engines, and I'm hoping that I have my designs and predictions correct for this fucker to actually work

Central component; The air is compressed around this, and a bar attaches the front turbines with the rear turbines

My wonderful welding (I'm pretty new to welding, bear with it + going to try and remove as much excess as possible at some point!

Wonderful work so far! I love little model gas turbines, and this is looking nice so far. How/where do you plan to affix the starter motor?
As much as I love jet engines, it'd be AMAZING to have a miniature Wright Cyclone, DB601, Rolls-Royce Merlin, or R2800 piston engine churning away in a corner of my room.

Had a few dilemma's with that to be honest. At the back of the turbine is a perfectly shaped area for it but, for obvious reasons to do with immense heat, that isn't really possible. Might just discreetly attach it to the lower outside part of the engine and have it connected in a cooler area via a band of some sort.
I would put it in the cone, but its a little too big :(
Might be worth finding a smaller motor and mounting it in the cone, but I'm sure you'll sort it out in a smart way.
