A lion at a game park has given new meaning to the term "playing with your food".
Source: http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/2013/12/23/09/53/lion-befriends-goat
But as tourists await the kill with bated breath the scene takes an unexpected turn...
What?

I seriously could not contain my laughter at the goats confused "Baahhh"'s
What?
I guess I could see watching a lion hunt something be exciting to watch, but I'm not entirely sure.
Wow, not only did he not eat the goat in the first place but he protected him from another male.

Goats are everyone's best mate. My goat gets along with any animal... In fact his best friend is a bearded dragon that lives under his house. Larryparamedic on the liveleak page had a spot on statement though;
One of the things I truly despise in life....these over privileged motherfuckers right here. They pay $10,000 to go on a "safari" where, unknown to them, the lions are baited with these cows and calfs by the safari sponsors, but these ignorant fucks get out their cameras and film thinking they are seeing real nature. These stupid fucks don't even stop to wonder why this calf is just wandering a road alone and why these fat, overfed lions don't even care much about eating. I want to put a bullet in all their heads.
These 'safari's' are such bullshit now it's not even funny...
Sounds pretty primitive.
It's not like it's a gladiatorial match or something, it'd be watching one of natures most powerful animals in action.
He doesn't want to be fed, he wants to hunt.

Not this stupid bullshit.

Those "privileged motherfuckers" stimulate the economy and give these conservation parks a reason to say open, which gives lions relatively safe haven. This is the trouble, they need stuff like this for tiger conservation. But tigers are naturally elusive creatures and very rarely will engage in a bloody spectacle the way a pride of lions will. If things keep going the way they are, tigers will be extinct by the time your children are ready to see them.
