Was the same last year with 2k12 and the price is like that everywhere I think.
Basketball is kind of a niche everywhere that isn't America so lowering the price makes sense.
I had a go with this over at a friend. Shame they ditched the analog stick shooting. Loved it.

It's still there. You can change the controls, and the default has it still has it. You need to hold the left trigger and then you can use the stick.

It's actually a big sport, especially in Europe. It's Spain's second sport and huge in eastern european countries.

Skipped 2k12 but I think I'll go ahead and upgrade this time.
The menus and interface in general look godawful, but I tried the demo and the gameplay and players look a lot better.
